Overview

On September 10th 2008, it will have been exactly five years since I began practicing Parkour. This video features a selection of clips from all of the footage I have recorded during my training so far and the vast majority will be familiar to those who have seen my other videos. I wanted to put together something to look back on in years to come that reminded me of the first half decade.
